This background of this tag is 'My Mind's Eye paper'.  The title is embossed with Black embossing powder.  The beautiful teal flower is from Webster's Pages.  The cream flower, star and small teal roses are Prima.  The tag is accented with feathers and topped off with a beautiful vintage girl clip art.

I really enjoyed creating this tag...and it is one of my favorites!
