The big event in the cute little city of Rayne has finally arrived...

if you are attending the event, it's important that you read this email. 

We will be closed Wednesday, July 20th - Sunday July 24th at the store.  If you want to come shopping, come to the Rayne Civic Center!  We will be there with lots of new products and Gigi's from Orange Beach will be there too!  On Friday, Scrapbook Girl with all her scrapping clothing and accessories.    It will be a Scrapbooking shopping treat!

Light's!  Camera!  Action! The Event is finally here!!!  I want to personally thank everyone who signed up and made our event so successful! Me and my staff have worked around the clock to make this event special for you!  Even though the event has 190 sign ups, we try really hard to keep it very personal!  I truly have the best team and they all take pride in what they do!  They want to make this event unforgettable...and I hope you come back to Rayne and get lost in the Rayne Forest again year after year!  

Check in:  check in starts at 9 am Thursday Morning.  You can check in anytime after that....all the way up to Saturday morning!  Once you enter the building, you must come to the registration table and pick up you Registration packet.  In the packet you will have your t-shirt, class tickets, agenda, make and take ticket and different entry tickets.  You will be filling out a different prize tickets everyday and putting it in the gold globe on the front Registration table.  Drawings will be made from this everyday, so make sure you get your ticket in there first thing when you arrive!!!

T-shirts:  The t-shirts are awesome this year!  The size you requested is in your registration packet.  If your size is wrong, there is a chance we might not be able to exchange it for you.  Please come up to the registration table and let us know asap.  Additional t-shirts will be $25 this year.  We only have about 20 left to sell.

Make and Take - We have an awesome 1 page make and take sponsored by Bo-Bunny, tattered Angels and Viva Decor Pearl Pens!  Wendy created the one page make and take...you won't want to miss it!  You have a coupon in your registration packet.  We are offering the free make and take at special times.  Please make sure you make it for the times listed on your agenda or ticket.  There is one make and take per person and you must have bring your ticket to the make and take table to do it.

Pictures - You will get a free 5 x 7 picture taken in our Imaginary Studio in front of the frog Mural in the front of the building.  Connie will be taking the pictures and the times are listed on the agenda.  We are trying to take all the pictures Thursday and Friday morning so we can get them developed for Saturday's "Starstruck" Class.  Our props are a giant clapper board, red carpet and red ropes.  We suggest you take your picture with your group, and you are welcome to take as many pictures as you want when we are not using the props.  (Paula made the props...and they are to die for!!!)

No Soliciting!  Our Vendors pay money to be there.  I would appreciate you not selling products, page kits or other items at the event.  Last year we had complaints about people going around handing things out and asking for email addresses.  I would appreciate it if you would not do that.  People are there to crop and have fun.  Thanks for understanding!

The Civic Center is very cold!!!  Please bring a jacket.  I also would advise you to bring some kind of cover to put over your stuff at the end of the night.  You can buy a clear table cloth at the dollar store or Walmart for only $1.  Because of the humidity, the roof sometimes sweats in the middle of the night and your stuff might get dripped on.  If you cover your stuff before you leave, it will prevent this and also prevent anyone messing with your stuff.

Food:  We will have McCallister's Deli there with soups, salads and Sandwiches.  We will also have drinks.  Each night we will have a different meal.  Pastalaya, Red Beans, Sausage and Rice and Hamburgers.  You may bring an ice chest and other foods in the building.   The food booth is optional and is there for your convenience.

Wi-Fi - There is Wi-fi in the building for those of you wanting to bring your computer.

Cricut Machines:  You may bring your Cricut.   You can also bring an extra table and set it up against one of the walls if you like.  If you set it up on the wall, maybe some other people can borrow it if needed.  Please bring an extension cord.  Maybe even 2 extension cords.  Sometimes we have to run them to the middle of the room and need an extra cord.  If you need a Big Shot, we have one behind the Register you can borrow.

Classes:  The classes are full.  I wish we had 2 classrooms so we could have offered more classes. I was actually shocked how fast the classes filled up!  If you are on the waiting list for a class, please contact the teacher to see if there were any cancellations.

Class Supplies:  Everyone has been asking me about the class supply lists.  The class supply list is on your tickets...but I will give you a run down of what you might want to bring for each class.  All classes pretty much need a cutter, scissors, wet glue (Scrappy) and dry glue, pop dots, & glue dots.  We do have these things in our booth to buy if you don't have them....

For those of you who like shopping....we have lots of new products...including lots of new Dusty Attic Chipboard!!!  If your not attending the event, there is no charge to come shopping!  It will be worth it to come shop for the day!!!  You can also check out our event...it's really amazing!!!
